[size=3][color=blue]Question：How do I reactivate an old account?
Answer：In order to reactivate your EQ Mac account, first make sure that EQ Mac is installed on your Macintosh. Then, double click on the EQ Mac icon on your desktop. When you get to the sign-in screen, type in the Station Name and Password. You will get a message saying: A valid subscription was not found. You can subscribe now. Click 'Subscribe Now' then Click 'Subscribe Now' once more Select from one of the following options: 1 month, 3 month, 6 month or 12 month. Make sure to read the EULA that comes up then Click 'Accept' Completely fill in your billing information and when finished Click 'Submit' As long as your new billing information is validated and the charge is accepted, you will get back into the game.
**NOTE: This is not a new account; your account key is not required. The account key is only used for verification of ownership of the account.

You will be asked to fill out a form and your Station Name will be displayed. You will need the following information when you fill out the form:

You will be asked to fill out a form and a new randomly generated password will be e-mailed to you, using the e-mail address you provided during registration.
