Answer：Never create a new character with the same name as a character you would ever want restored. This can cause your deleted characters backups to expire faster than normal. [/color]

[size=3][color=blue]Question：What should I do if I have a deleted character that I want restored?
Answer：If your character has been deleted, there is no guarantee that a restoration is possible. Game Masters will attempt to process a restoration, but a several weeks may be needed to make sure it is done properly. In most cases, if a restoration is provided to begin with, one character will be restored per account lifespan. Be VERY careful about deleting characters.
When filing your petition please include the following information:
[list][*]Character name at time of deletion.[*]Server it was on.[*]Approximate time and date of deletion.[*]Level (all spheres), Race, and Class of the character.[*]Circumstances surrounding the deletion (ex-boyfriend deleted character, etc.)[/list]We remind you that our account sharing policy is for your own protection. 90% of account compromisations come from someone you know personally. Well over half of those are former significant others.[/color]
